As an Associate in our Healthcare Outsourced Accounting Services group, you will be a valued member of our team and build relationships with our outsourcing clients. The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.
How you will contribute:
Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:
- General ledger importing or synchronization
- Accounts payable processing utilizing Bill.com
- Payroll consulting and coordination with a 3rd party provider
- Bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Depreciation schedule preparation and review
- Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance
- Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements
- Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
- Accounting system design and implementation of QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct platforms
- Various software application implementation projects
- Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:
