What You Will Do:

The Operations Associate is responsible for conducting routine data entry and self-review, assisting in client onboarding and new account setup, and supporting senior staff with various tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • Assist in all areas of back-office operations including client acceptance, onboarding, new account setup, and client maintenance
  • Assists with weekly and monthly reporting/tracking
  • Responsible for data integrity in Portfolio Management System, CRM, and Document Repository
  • Follows firm policies and procedures, emphasizing their importance in maintaining consistency and compliance
  • Serves as the last line of defense, actively aware of risks in procedures, adheres to firm policies and best practices, and escalates questions to the Operations Lead or Manager
  • May assist with training new team members on routine tasks and standard operating procedures
  • Assists with various additional operations responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
