How you will contribute:

• Provide support and guidance for functional and technical consulting team members
• Perform functional consulting delivery as needed
• Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map to the solution capabilities
• Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to the solution proposed
• Participate in the design and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products
• Produce project documentation, such as Functional Requirements Documents, Customization Specifications, and User Acceptance Test Scripts and End User Training Documentation using FORVIS’ project implementation methodology
• Oversee integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based on requirements
• Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, Solution testing and user acceptance testing
• Lead end-user training for clients in groups or one-on-one, webinar, and classroom-style settings
• Provide application support for clients
• Be an escalation point for the support desk
• Help develop and mentor Consultants
• Support the Business Central practice lead with key needs and initiatives
• Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable
• Exemplify professional, clear, and timely communication in all interactions

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system configuration and processes

• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and process
• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2 years or more of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Central consultants

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central certification
• Experience, overseeing the delivery of large implementations
