Description & Requirements
Project Coordinator is a member of the Construction Technology Solutions & Services (CTS) team reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include working with multiple construction client projects and/or implementations at any given time. You will also lead in coordinating schedules with both CTS Implementation Consultants and Forvis Mazars clients. A successful Project Coordinator will utilize the CTS Implementation methodology and proven delivery methods resulting in on-time/on-budget project completion, high client satisfaction, and successful completion to project milestones.
Activities include serving as a client’s key project contact, coordination of initial implementation kick-off meetings, assisting consultants develop and maintain project plans, assistance / confirming consultant schedules, ensuring on-time task completion, reporting project status/budgets to Managing Director. Additional activities will include communicating with internal Forvis Mazars and client personnel, addressing project issues/change orders, producing quality project documentation, and ad hoc assistance with the Managing Director and project consultants.
How you will contribute:
- Maintain project management information including general project status and forecast of remaining budgeted hours to tasks, target dates, and assigned personnel
- Utilize CTS professional services / project delivery methodology
- Monitor projects risks and work with team members to identify mitigations
- Contribute to kickoff schedules and confirming project resources – internal and external.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with CTS product offerings.
- Communicate project health to Managing Director
- Facilitate all project and team member communication utilizing varying appropriate communication methods and frequencies
- Assess and manage all project stakeholder participation and engagement.
- Ensure project team members submit project work time accurately and timely and manage billing with clients/project
- Build positive relationships with internal and client personnel and serve as a reliable and trusted advisor.

- Preference for a minimum of three (3) years serving as a project coordinator in a technology role
- Preference for a minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience implementing ERP software solutions and/or delivering software implementation consulting services
- Project management experience in a technology environment responsible for overall delivery (CAPM and/or PMP certification or equivalent a nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with implementing and using Software as a Service (“SaaS”) solutions
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or another related field
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel , Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
