Senior Consultant, Outsourced Accounting Services
The Outsourced Accounting Services team is a trusted partner for organizations facing complex financial demands. What You Will Do:
Provide Exceptional Client Service and Coordinate Work in the Following Areas:
Import or synchronize general ledger data
Process accounts payable, including Bill.com integration
Post payroll journal entries
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare and review depreciation schedules
Assist with monthly and year-end trial balance closings
Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
Participate in software application implementation projects
Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
Prior experience with CaseWare, Fixed Assets CS, and Bill.com
Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
