Our Summer Leadership Program will be a one-day event held on May 19, 2026 at our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

As a Leadership Program participant, you will have the opportunity to take a closer look at our firm, our opportunities, and our people. This one-day program will give you a glimpse of what a career in public accounting could look like. You will leave with valuable knowledge about our firm, our people, and the potential paths your career could take.

What you can expect:
- Experience Forvis Mazars culture firsthand and learn about our vision for the future.
- Participate in team-building exercises alongside our staff, fostering connections to kickstart your career.
- Engage directly with Forvis Mazars partners through small, interactive learning sessions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our service lines and what makes Forvis Mazars stand out in the accounting industry.
-Have lunch with our partners, recruiters, and staff to build your network of accounting professionals and learn more about opportunities with Forvis Mazars.
-A formal interview at the end of the day for a internship role with us in summer 2027 or beyond.

We are looking for college freshmen and sophomores who are keen to explore the possibilities within the accounting and professional services fields. We encourage juniors, seniors, and graduate students to look into our internship opportunities tailored for their level.
